Proluge for Red December
------------------------------
November 04,2008 by RavenValkarie08
Her screams echoed throughout the desolute woods as she ran stumbling over roots and fallen branches. However, screaming wasn't going to do her any good. There was noone in the woods to help her now. It had been hours since that handsome man had given her a ride from the club Moonrave outside of the small town of Columbus and dropped her off suddenly into the woods surronding the town. Now, the man was nowhere to be found or so she thought. The man followed closely behind her staying out of her line of sight. "Hum, it won't be long now," he thought to himself , She'll soon find my little suprise that I set up for her." Silently, he slowed down allowing the her to drift out of her sight. He took a deep breath inhailing the array of scents that met his senses. The man could easily pick out her scent. A mix of perfume, fear, sweat, and blood almost left a trail to lead him to her. Suddenly, a loud metallic snap followed by a piercing shriek broke the stillness. Chuckling, the man walked causually to a clearing where he saw his prey. A young woman, around her early twenties dressed in a once flattering black cocktail dress that now was in tatters, lay in agony on the forest floor. Her right ankle was caught in a large steel bear trap. Crying, the woman tried effortlessly again and again to pull her mangled and bloody ankle from the jaws of the trap. As the man walked into closer to her, the woman jerked her head around in his direction and began pleading. "Please, please, you have to help me, " she cried out. " No, no. I don't," the man said mockingly, " Afterall, I didn't set that trap to go away empty-handed." The woman's eyes widened as she started blubbering ," Who are you! What do you want from me?" "You don't know who I am," the man sneered," I've been on the news for month." " Oh God," She screamed, "You're..... you're..." Yes," he answered coming closer to her," I'm the (i haven't come up with a serial killer name yet) ; however, I prefer Fenir. Afterall, it is my name, but i'm afraid you won't be able to share that with anyone." "No......no," the woman cried as she tried desperatly one more time to pull apart the jaws of the trap. "Please don't kill me," she pleaded as tears streamed down her dirt stained face. When Fenir gave no answer, the woman began to cry harder. The woman watched as Fenir doubled over in front of him. His body began shaking in convolusions as his shape began to twist and mold. His clothing and hair started to change into into dark fur. His face and features began to enlongate into a more cainine-like shape. The transformation was over in a few seconds and where Fenir once stood, a large wolf-like beast with long shaggy dark brown fur, cruel long black claws, leathel jaws, and blazing golden eyes had appeared. The woman stared at it dumbstuck for a few seconds before letting out a bloodcurdling scream that was quickly cut short. A loud crunch sounded right after that as the woman finally stilled for good. Throwing his blood stained muzzle back, the beast named Fenir howled an eiree note the echoed throught the forest before finishing his kill. Once he had finished, he quickly padded through the clearing untill he came to a graveyard that overlooked the small town of Columbus. " This place has potential," he thought to himself. Throwing back his head once more, he howled a new song, a hunting song, that startled awake the sleeping townsfolk. An omen of the horror that the dawn would bring............... .......... Well that's it.

That's a frightful start...I absolutly love it. The only problems I found were with grammer. A couple 'him' where 'her' should be and so on.
If I wasn't so tired and also watching the presidential race I would have to type up something to compete with this...lol
