I LOVE to sing. I haven't been on stage much but i bask in the spotlight when I do get up there. I sing every Sunday at my small church and feel amazing every time. I'm starting to feel directed toward singing Christian-based music although I love some secular music.
I've always been a writer. In 5th grade my teacher used my vocab stories as examples for the class. =D I'm actually working on a book that I can't wait to see in print!
I want to explore the world and find new things to enjoy that are unconventional. I want to travel everywhere and spend some time in Greece, possibly on a study abroad program.
I want to do mission work and learn and embrace different cultures. And i also want to sing in little clubs or something; not exactly sure yet.
Most of all, I want to make this world, or at least this country, the best place it can be. With love, passion, order. Everything people that are motivated by giving back, non-profit organizations, and feeling good making others happy, want to share. I don't plan on doing it single-handedly but I hope to see a change somewhere before i die.

Right now i work and go to school, I don't have much of a social life because i'm in between "friends" right now and that's ok with me. i do enjoy yoga and excercise, reading, writing, and singing

My Book, Chapter: First Date

“I really like you Lena.” Aleck leaned closer to me.
“I do too.” I said a little dreamily, waiting for Aleck to pull me closer and kiss me all romantic-like.
Instead, as I looked into his eyes I saw the puzzled look on his face and asked, “what?” I realized what I had said and how it must have sounded and I shook my head, looking down embarrassedly.
“Sor ry, I meant, I like you too.”
“Don’t feel bad, it’s good you like yourself…” I laughed, forgetting my awkwardness.
“So a bunch of us are going to CiCi’s Friday after school…the food might not be very good but it’ll fun. Would you like to accompany me?”
I turned my head to look at him.” You mean like a date?” I asked knowingly.
Aleck smirked. “Yeah, I guess you could say that.”
My stomach churned and seemed to bubble just thinking about finally going on a date with Aleck, whom I had liked for so long, and the temptation was too much to resist.
“Why sure, I’ll accompany you Friday.”
“Aare you sure your papa will let you go?” he asked wonderingly.
“He has no reason not to.” I said confidently.
